The Caciotta di Capra stagionata (aged type) is round in shape with a white and elastic paste. Ciresa staff brushes its rind with water and salt to give the typical pink color. Thanks to its aging, the cheese acquires a more intense flavour.
Caciotta di Capra is available in 400 g format for the Bianca (white) type and 700 g for the Stagionata (aged) type.
