Ricotta is obtained by the recooking of milk whey (the name Ri-cotta means re-cooked).

Very used in cooking preparations for its light, sweet and delicate flavour, our Ricotta has a soft and grainy texture, typical of the traditional cheese, white in colour.

Ciresa Ricotta is available in the following formats:
