Paesanella, made of full-cream cow milk, is one of Ciresa's most representative cheeses and it is still made by hand. Soft and creamy cheese, whit a sweet and delicate taste. Cylindrical shape, weight 700 g, pink rind with some green mould.
Ingredients: Pasteurized full-cream cow milk, salt, rennet, min. fat 48%.
Keeping: at +2° to +6° C
Packaging: only whole cheese.
Mandriano Valsassina is a cheese with the same characteristics of Paesanella, made of cow milk from the homonymous Valley. Soft cheese with a definite taste, thanks to the careful aging. Cylindrical shape, weight 1.8 kg, pink rind with some green mould.
Aging: about 8 weeks.
Keeping: at +2° to +6° C.
Packaging: whole cheese only available.
