MOZZARELLA
Typical fresh Italian cheese, very popular in the world. It can be eaten alone and utilized in the Mediterranean cooking. Available in pieces of 1 kg each for cooking use and in smaller pieces of 125 g each, in single plastic bags with its own liquid for keeping.
Ingredients: cow milk, salt, rennet, citric acid as acidity regulator, min. fat 45% without preservatives.
Keeping: at 0° to +4° C.
Packaging: pieces of 1000 or 125 g.


QUARTIROLO BIANCO
D.O. Cheese (protected by the homonymous Consortium) it is recognized by U.E. Cheese made exclusively with full fat cow’s milk; white paste, quite hard and friable. Light and very digestible cheese. Eaten fresh, it reminds the taste of milk.
Square shape, weight from 1.5 to 2.5 kg. Available in portion of 250 and 500 g trays with modified atmosphere.
