Traditional fresh cheese, also called "stracchino". Fresh and creamy spreading cheese with a sweet taste, without rind, usally served natural. Available in rectangular or square portions of different weights.
Ingredients: Pasteurized full-cream cow milk, salt, rennet, min. fat 48%.
Keeping: at +2° to +6° C.
Packaging: available in paper in portions of 1 kg or 250 g, and in plastic boxes of 250 g or 125 g in modified atmosphere.

| CIRESINO AND ROSA DELLE ALPI |

Fresh quark cheese, crumbly and easy to spread, made of cow milk from Valsassina.
With its sweet and lightly-sour taste,it is delicious dressed with oil and pepper.
Produced in cylindrical shape, fixed weight 80 g each, wrapped in paper.
Ingredients: Pasteurized full-cream cow milk, salt, rennet, preservative E202, min fat 48%
Keeping: at +2° to +6° C.
Packaging: plastic boxes in modified atmosphere, of 2 or 3 pieces.
