Newly-born in our range of goat cheese, Stracchino di Capra is characterised by a fresh and delicate flavour, with an acidic taste, which is typical of goat’s cheeses.

Ciresa’s Stracchino di Capra is a mild and crumbly cheese, produced only from fresh goat’s milk. Thanks to its delicate taste, it is delicious to be eaten as it is or as an ingredient of many traditional Italian dishes.
