CIRESAs history begins in a region characterised by exceptional environmental and climatic conditions, located in the centre of Prealpi Orobiche in a superb position between lake and mountains, ideal place for the development of a strong rural and, consequently dairy, tradition.
According to the respect of this centuries-old heritage and thanks to the enthusiasm and the devotion of three generations, Ciresa, though keeping a family managing structure, is able to reach its present dimension.
Today, besides the still working unit in Bindo, the company rely on the two operative units of Introbio and Cameri; the latter of very recent realisation, where, advanced systems and specific equipment for Gorgonzola are utilised.
The sum of these efficient and competent units, is the base of the affirmation of Ciresa cheeses in the world and it points out the continuous expansion and the constant up dating.
The severe care of the hygiene and of a perfect keeping, the extreme respect for the genuineness and the tastes are assigned to two main categories of products:
- MANDRIANO line, including all the range of classical aged cheeses.
- GOCCIA BIANCA line, including the wide range of fresh cheeses.
To guarantee to the consumer the freshness and the high quality standards of the products, Ciresa, during the years provided itself, of a extremely efficient service and well-organised distributing network, that avails of equipped units in many provinces.
