Latteria Mandriano is a peculiar cheese that is produced with a small quantity of milk of the cows grazing on alpine pastures. It is a round cheese, which is very appreciated in its area of origin.

Latteria Mandriano is a semi-hard, ivory coloured cheese. It is characterised by a firm paste, riddled with small holes, named “eyes”, and a thin rind.

It has a strong and intense flavour.
