“MELAVERDE” IN CAMERI AT CIRESA’S TO TELL THE SECRETS OF GORGONZOLA ON AIR SUNDAY, 18th MAY 2008 AT 12.10
The crew and the presenter, Ms Gabriella Carlucci, dedicated an entire episode of the program to the processing of Gorgonzola PDO in our new and modern factory of Cameri, in the province of Novara.
The filming lasted two days in order to discover the secrets of this famous Italian cheese, which is known and exported world-wide.
