“MELAVERDE” IN CAMERI AT CIRESA’S TO TELL THE SECRETS OF GORGONZOLA ON AIR SUNDAY, 18th MAY 2008 AT 12.10

Ciresa will be starring Melaverde, the famous Italian TV program that shows the typical products of our country. The program will be on air next Sunday, 18th May 2008, at 12.10.

The crew and the presenter, Ms Gabriella Carlucci, dedicated an entire episode of the program to the processing of Gorgonzola PDO in our new and modern factory of Cameri, in the province of Novara.

The filming lasted two days in order to discover the secrets of this famous Italian cheese, which is known and exported world-wide.

Mr Vittorio Ciresa explained Ms Carlucci the various stages of production and ripening of Gorgonzola. Then, at “Al Caminetto” restaurant in Cameri, it was shown how to use Gorgonzola PDO for some of the most famous Italian dishes.
