Welcome to our last post of the year about Ciresa recipes.

The weather is getting colder and colder and Christmas lights start to shine in the houses and shops.
The desire to go on holidays, to stay with the family, to celebrate New Year with someone you love is stronger than ever before.

To surprise your guests with a terrific dinner, Ciresa presents a typical alpine dish – Pizzoccheri, a sort of pasta made with a buckwheat flour and seasoned with vegetables and cheese. There is nothing better than eating pizzoccheri to feel like being on the slopes! Discover the flavour of the mountain tradition with this typical first course, enriched by our tasty cheese.

What about an innovative but refined second course – Veal steak with Gorgonzola DOP? The unusual combination between the sweetness of meat and the intense taste of Gorgonzola DOP creates an extraordinary blast of flavours.

Our winter dessert is a classic Christmas cream – the Mascarpone cream.
It is ideal to taste as such or as a cream with the typical Christmas cakes.
