Mughetto

Mughetto is a Ciresa delicatessen.

It is a perfect mix of Mascarpone and Gorgonzola PDO.
Therefore, it combines the sweet taste of Mascarpone with the intense flavour of Gorgonzola PDO, which gives it its unique taste.

Mughetto is produced with cow’s milk and it is characterised by a soft and creamy ivory paste. It also has the typical greyish veins (named “erborinatura”) due to the presence of Gorgonzola.

Mughetto is available in the following formats: 1.1 Kg rectangular bricks or food trays of 200 g.
