Latteria Valsassina

Ciresa Latteria Valsassina is a semi-fat squared cheese, produced with raw cow’s milk.

Upon ripening, this cheese develops a pale straw-coloured paste, riddled with a lot of small “eyes” and a greyish rind.
Indeed, it is aged for 6-12 months, which gives it its tasty and delicate flavour.

Exuding a slightly aromatic savour, Ciresa Latteria Valsassina is produced with milk deriving from “bruno alpine” cows.

Latteria Valsassina is available in the following formats: 6.5 Kg wheels or slices of 200g.
