Fontal has a semi-soft, smooth, straw-coloured paste, riddled with holes known as “eyes”. It is characterised by a non-eatable brown rind.
Thanks to its traditional ripening, our Fontal acquires its mild, delicate, buttery flavour.
With a natural rind, it is recognisable for Ciresa’s trademark on the wheel, which guarantees its high quality.
Available in 12.5 Kg round wheels, it can also be produced in 3.20 Kg quarters.
