Cimonino and Montanaro

Ciresa’s delicatessen, Cimonino and Montanaro are cured soft cheeses, made of raw cow’s milk.

Produced through manual processing, Cimonino is cylindrical in shape, while Montanaro is round.

Upon an accurate ripening, they both develop a crumbly, pinkish paste and an intense and tasty flavour.

Cimonino is available in the following formats: carton of 7 rows or trays of 2 rows.

Montanaro is available in the following formats: tray of 10 units or 2 units.
