Blu di Capra

Blu di Capra is a Ciresa’s delicatessen.

It is a goat’s cheese that has a compact, ivory paste, mottled with greenish-blue veins (called erborinatura).


Upon ripening, this cheese develops an intense flavour, slightly piquant, but also very harmonious.


Blu di Capra is available in 4.5 Kg wheels and in the new format of 2.7 Kg.
